Anthony M. Wachinski, Ph.D., is an author of seven technical books and two volumes of his memoirs. He’s a subject matter expert with 52 years’ experience on most water-related issues and an Air Force veteran. He served as an associate professor of civil engineering and deputy department head at the USAF Academy. He now commutes between Panama City Beach, Florida, and Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines, to spend time with his wife, Joy.
